Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18 years old and above, both sexes; 2.clinical diagnosis of any one of retinal detachment/proliferative vitreoretinopathy, diabetic retinopathy or special retinal detachment; 3.provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. bilateral retinopathy requiring simultaneous surgery; 2. severe refractive media opacity (severe cataract, corneal scar, etc.); 3. severe systemic disease, including cardiovascular disease or myocardial infarction within 12 months before enrollment, severe neurological disease, severe infection, disseminated intravascular coagulation; 4. have participated in any other clinical trial within 1 month; 5. pregnancy or lactation; 6. mental illness or any other condition that may interfere with study participation.
