18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Female, age: 18-60 years old, with normal functional activity on the healthy side. 2.Unilateral primary breast cancer. 3.First-time surgery (lumpectomy with axillary lymph node dissection or modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer). 4.Patients or their family members have the ability to operate mobile phones and related software independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative shoulder pain/limited mobility, lymphedema, fibromyalgia, or chronic pain disorders due to various factors. 2.Complicated by acute inflammatory skin diseases, heart failure, deep vein thrombophlebitis, pulmonary edema, acute venous thrombosis, unstable hypertension, malignant tumors, etc. 3.Complicated by other severe impairment or failure of important organs such as heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys. 4.Cognitive dysfunction, mental disorders, and other diseases affecting physical activity and cognition.
