Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Body fat percentage =28% for women and 20=% for men; (2) No history of motor system injury/surgery and current sports injury; (3) No history of severe cardiovascular disease; (4) No severe gastric disease; (5) Qualified by the "AHA/ACSM Health/Physical Fitness Institution Pre-exercise Screening Questionnaire"; (6) Informed consent and signed written documents. Subsequently, those who passed the initial screening were screened for routine electrocardiogram, liver and kidney function and mental and psychological diseases at the Affiliated Hospital of Hubei University for Nationalities (Class 3A), and completed the basic exercise ability test at the Sports Science Research Center of the school.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Regular systematic physical activity in the past 6 months; (2) Currently receiving treatment for the disease; (3) Suffering from mental illness such as depression; (4) Cardiac insufficiency; (5) Acute liver and kidney diseases; (6) Long-term medication; (7) Inability to complete prescribed motor skills; (8) Unable to guarantee >= 2 hours of free exercise time >= 4 days a week and every night;
