Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of urinary tract stones is clearly established, including renal calculi, ureteral calculi, bladder calculi, and urethral calculi. 2. During the study period, patients underwent surgical treatment at participating medical centers, including ureteroscopic/retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS), percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), pyelolithotomy/ureterolithotomy, and transurethral cystolithotripsy. 3.The composition of urinary tract stones was analyzed postoperatively using infrared spectroscopy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.To avoid heterogeneity caused by multiple stones (e.g., discrepancies between the target stone measured on CT and the stone analyzed for composition), patients with multiple or multifocal urolithiasis—including multiple renal stones or renal stones with concurrent ureteral stones—will be excluded. 2.Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and pediatric patients under 18 years of age.
