Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease according to the Chinese Medical Association's "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease" and discharged from hospital after acute aggravation; 2.Age >=60 years old; 3. Complete medical records required for the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. have conditions that may lead to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, such as severe bronchiectasis, pulmonary tuberculosis, thoracic malformations, and chronic neuromuscular diseases; 2. Those who are unable to communicate effectively due to the disorder of consciousness; 3. Patients with malignant tumors, severe left heart failure, renal failure uremia, severe liver failure and other diseases; 4. The expected survival time is less than 1 year.
