25 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Health care provider with or without night shift and day shift for three consecutive years; 2.Female, between 25 and 45 years of age, right-handed; 3.No known serious chronic disease (e.g. diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, thyroid gland disorders, Cushing's syndrome, rheumatic immune disease, chronic kidney disease, chronic respiratory system disease, etc.); 4.Not taking medications that may affect hormone levels (e.g. hormone replacement therapy, psychotropic drugs); 5.There is no contraindication of magnetic resonance scanning.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have other part-time or additional work other than medical work; 2.Pregnancy or lactation; 3.Major life events or a diagnosed mental illness within the past six months (as confirmed by a standardized psychological assessment tool); 4.Smoking or drinking habits; 5.Abnormal body mass index (BMI) (e.g. too low or too high).
