Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Definitely diagnosed as sexual aplastic anemia; 2. Age >= 18 years old, gender is not limited ; 3. Be able to lie still for more than 20 minutes and cooperate with MRI examination; 4. Patients must be able to understand the study and voluntarily sign informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with contraindications to MRI examination (such as claustrophobic pacemaker lumbosacral metal implants, etc.); 2.Pregnant women; 3. Lactating women; 4.Epilepsy, dementia and other mental abnormalities who need drug treatment cannot understand or follow the research plan; 5.Those who are considered unsuitable for entry by researchers;
