Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>= 65 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Diagnosed with sepsis according to the sepsis 3.0 diagnostic criteria; 3. Admitted to the ICU within 24 hours of admission and received relevant treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Definitive diagnosis of sepsis 48 hours after onset 2. Patients refuse active treatment 3. The patient has a previous serious underlying disease, such as malignant tumors, liver cirrhosis, chronic renal failure (uremia stage), hematological diseases, HIV infection, etc 4. Received hormones, immunosuppressants, or organ transplantation within 6 months before the onset of the disease;
