Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Female students on campus; 2.Adults aged 18-28; 3.BMI 18.5=BMI<24.9; 4.Regular three meals and sleep schedule.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Metabolic disorders; 2.Staying up late; 3.Skipping breakfast; 4.Allergic to the test material; 5.Smoking habit; 6.Alcohol consumption habit; 7.Currently undergoing professional sports training; 8.Abnormal liver or kidney function; 9.Diagnosed with cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases or other serious illnesses; 10.Mental and psychological disorders; 11.Eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge-eating disorder, etc; 12.Long-term medication or any drug dependency; 13.Sleep disorders: insomnia, sleep apnea, circadian rhythm disruption, restless leg syndrome, etc.; 14.Digestive disorders or frequent gastrointestinal discomfort; 15.Weight loss or adoption of other special dietary patterns in the past six months; 16. Test for food allergies;
