Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 80 cases of traumatic brain injury group, inclusion criteria: 1. The age range is 18 to 65 years old. 2. According to the Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score, patients with mild traumatic brain injury score 13-15 points, patients with moderate traumatic brain injury score 9-12 points, and patients with severe traumatic brain injury score 3-8 points. 3. Injury time: Within 24 hours of acute traumatic brain injury. 4. No other system damage. 5. First visit and hospitalization after injury. 80 cases of fracture control group,inclusion criteria for: 1. Age: 18-65 years old; 2. Injury time: Patients with simple limb or spinal fractures within 24 hours; 3. No other system damage; 4. First visit and hospitalization after injury
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1.History of neurological or psychiatric disorders; 2. Prior to this injury, there was a traumatic brain injury; 3.History of alcohol or drug abuse; 4. Complications caused by mild traumatic brain injury combined with other injuries (systemic trauma, facial trauma, or spinal cord trauma) or other reasons (psychological trauma, language disorders); 5.Patients who are lost during treatment and have incomplete information.
