Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) who meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes outlined in the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2024 Edition) 2. Age between 45 and 60 years 3. Duration of T2DM exceeding 1 year; 4. Alert and oriented, with no diagnosed severe mental illness or cognitive impairment (e.g., dementia), normal language expression ability, good compliance, willing to cooperate, and able to sign an informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe mental disorders or cognitive impairments; 2. Patients with a history of cardiovascular events (such as heart disease, myocardial infarction, stent implantation, unstable angina, heart failure, cardiac insufficiency, etc.), cerebrovascular diseases (such as cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral ischemia, etc.), cancer, or patients with paralysis or inability to walk.
