Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ADHD children:Age between 6 and 12 years (inclusive), regardless of gender. Diagnosed with ADHD in the hospital information system between January 1, 2015, and December 31, 2024. The serum micronutrient test was completed within three months before and after the first diagnosis of ADHD; 2. Normal Children:Aged 6–12 years (inclusive), regardless of gender. Diagnosed with "health check-up" in the hospital information system between January 1, 2015, and December 31, 2024. Completed serum micronutrient testing.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. ADHD children: Co-diagnosed with: Growth disorders (e.g., short stature) Metabolic diseases (e.g., diabetes) Liver diseases (e.g., hepatitis, fatty liver, cholestatic liver disease) Kidney diseases (e.g., nephrotic syndrome, chronic kidney disease) Presence of other severe neurological disorders (e.g., epilepsy, cerebral palsy) or inherited metabolic diseases. Incomplete data or missing serum micronutrient test results. 2. Normal children:Diagnosed with any of the following conditions: ADHD,Growth disorders (e.g., short stature) Metabolic diseases (e.g., diabetes) Liver diseases (e.g., hepatitis, fatty liver, cholestatic liver disease) Kidney diseases (e.g., nephrotic syndrome, chronic kidney disease) Presence of other severe neurological disorders or inherited metabolic diseases Incomplete clinical data or unavailable serum micronutrient test results;
