Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Critical group: 1.Critically ill patients in ICU, ICU length of stay more than 7 days; 2.Male and female are not limited, try to maintain a 1:1 ratio; 3.The age ranged from 18 to 85 years. Healthy group: 1.Healthy physical examination; 2.The age ranged from 18 to 85 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Critical group: 1.Perianal infection; 2.Patients with gastrointestinal fistula; 3.Other treatments contrary to the inclusion criteria, comorbidities, and pregnancy. Healthy group: 1.Without metabolic diseases (diabetes, hyperthyroidism, etc.); 2.Antibiotics, probiotics, enteral nutrition and other drugs were taken within 3 months.3.Subjects' request to withdraw informed consent; 4.It is necessary for the researcher to stop the study from the medical point of view.
