Gold Standard:Positive laryngopharyngeal reflux group: Reflux Symptom Index > 13 points and/or Reflux Finding Score > 7 points
Negative control group: Reflux Symptom Index = 13 points and Reflux Finding Score = 7 points.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with laryngopharyngeal reflux symptoms, aged 18-70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot tolerate endoscopy, or have other contraindications to endoscopy; 2. Patients with a history of pharyngeal or gastrointestinal surgery or trauma; 3. Patients with severe systemic diseases or mental illnesses; 4. Patients who do not follow medical instructions and have poor compliance.
