Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age> 65 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Patients with clinical diagnosis of fundus lesions requiring vitrectomy and cataract phacoemulsification are included in the experimental group; 3. Patients with clinical diagnosis of senile cataracts requiring cataract phacoemulsification are included in the control group; 4. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 5. Those who are not active in infectious diseases such as hepatitis A, hepatitis B, AIDS, syphilis, tuberculosis, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous intraocular surgery, ocular trauma or other conditions that may affect imaging evaluation; 2. Patients who cannot cooperate with the completion of imaging examination or treatment follow-up; 3. Patients with serious systemic diseases that may affect the progression of the disease or treatment response; 4. Those who have participated in other clinical trials within the previous 3 months; 5. Patients who are not suitable to participate in this clinical trial in the opinion of the investigator.
