Magnesium sulfate gargle group:20 mg/kg magnesium sulfate gargle before surgery
Esketamine gargle group:0.5 mg/kg esketamin gargle before surgery

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-60 years who underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia with laryngeal mask cannula; 2. ASA I-II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative chronic throat pain or/and inflammation; 2. Respiratory system diseases, such as bronchitis, bronchitis, COPD, etc.; 3. Allergic to magnesium sulfate or contraindicated; 4. Operation time less than 1 hour or more than 4 hours; 5. Suspicious and expected difficult airway
