Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old, male or female; 2. Benign adrenal tumors (such as pheochromocytoma, aldosteronoma, cortical adenoma, etc.) preliminarily diagnosed by imaging (CT/MRI) and endocrine evaluation; 3. Intending to undergo or have undergone flexible laparoscopic-assisted adrenalectomy; 4. Have complete preoperative examination data, intraoperative records and postoperative follow-up ability; 5. Signed informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignant tumors are widely invaded or metastasized and are not suitable for laparoscopic minimally invasive resection; 2. Those who have undergone major abdominal surgery in the past, resulting in severe abdominal adhesions that cannot complete laparoscopic surgery; 3. Those who have severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, coagulation dysfunction or mental illness and cannot tolerate surgery or cooperate with follow-up 4. Those who have missing preoperative data and changed to open surgery during the operation; 5. Patients who are unwilling to undergo follow-up or are expected to be unable to cooperate with the completion of the follow-up plan.
