Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18–75 years old; 2.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form; 3.Acute myocardial infarction patients: Within 2 weeks of onset, meeting the criteria of the fourth edition of the "Global Definition of Myocardial Infarction"; 4.Acute heart failure patients: Within 2 weeks of onset, meeting the criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure 2024"; 5.Both 1 and 2 must be met, while either 3 or 4 may be met.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Infection-related diseases of the oral cavity or urinary system within the past month; 2.Severe liver or kidney dysfunction, autoimmune diseases, or other conditions that may affect the results of cardiac marker testing; 3.Recent use of medications that may interfere with cardiac biomarker testing; 4. Inability to cooperate in collecting saliva and urine samples; 5. Pregnant women, those planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding women; 6.Patients who are unable or unwilling to comply with the study protocol and complete follow-up; 7.Patients currently participating in other clinical trials that may interfere with data collection for this study; 8.Other circumstances deemed inappropriate for enrollment by the investigator;
