Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ??1. Pathologically confirmed treatment-naïve colon cancer??; ??2. Treatment-naïve colon cancer deemed unresectable or unlikely to achieve R0 resection based on imaging, as determined by our hospital's multidisciplinary team (MDT) for preoperative neoadjuvant therapy?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ??History of other malignancies with prior chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy??; ??2. Concomitant systemic diseases that may significantly reduce life expectancy??; ??3. Incomplete clinical data?.
