Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old; 2. One or more maxillary posterior teeth were missing; 3. Implant implantation was performed simultaneously after LSFE; 4. 4 CBCT films were taken (preoperative, immediately after surgery, 6 months after surgery, and more than 1 year after surgery)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Heavy smoking (more than 20 cigarettes per day); 2. Uncontrolled systemic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension; 3. Uncontrolled periodontal disease; 4. History of bisphosphonates; 5. History of radiotherapy for head and neck cancer; 6. Need for other vertical or horizontal bone augmentation surgeries other than LSFE; 7. Lack of initial stability of the implant.
