Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 100 cases of normal sexual life without contraception for more than 1 year without pregnancy, ovarian dysfunction, meeting the clinical diagnostic criteria of infertility in the visiting population, all of them were the first-time patients in the Department of Reproductive Medicine of Nanchang Reproductive Hospital. 2. Age 20-40 years old, body mass index (BMI) <= 28 kg/m^2 (BMI = weight (kg)/height^2 (m^2)). 3. All were aware of the study and voluntarily signed an informed consent form and had no known contraindications such as allergy to probiotics. 4. No chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, or malignant diseases such as cancer. 5. No digestive system diseases such as constipation and diarrhoea, and no other systematic serious diseases (such as cardiovascular disease, neurological disease, etc.). 6. Have not used antibiotics or probiotic preparations in the past month. 7. The enrolled population can understand and complete the relevant self-assessment scale by themselves.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Failure to cooperate in completing the study or incomplete information on the questionnaire. 2. Use of medications for psychiatric disorders, steroid hormones, or medications that affect hormone production within the past 1 month. 3. Recent (past 6 months) major traumatic life events, or a family history of mental illness, organic brain disease, or serious physical illness. 4. Suffering from heart, kidney, digestive system diseases, high blood pressure, cancer, diabetes, or other diseases that may affect the results of the study. 5. Those who have a definite decrease in ovarian function due to surgery such as premature ovarian insufficiency or premature ovarian failure. 6. Those with hypothalamic or pituitary amenorrhoea.
