Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=60 years old; 2. Course of illness > = 1 month; 3. NRS score after routine medication >=4 points;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of tumors; 2. History of autoimmune disease; 3. History of severe cardiovascular and lung kidney disease; 4. History of coagulation dysfunction; 5. History of mental illness; 6. Those who received invasive treatment again during the follow-up period after the end of this treatment course; 7. Those who have withdrawn and lost their follow-up;
