Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old; 2. Sudden acute abdominal pain, the scope and nature of abdominal pain are not limited; 3. Have one or more accompanying symptoms such as nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, blood in the stool, and cessation of exhaust and defecation; 4. I and my family members are informed and agree to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age< 18 years old; 2. Pregnancy status; 3. Intestinal injury caused by endoscopic treatment, radiointerventional therapy or surgery within 1 week before admission; 4. Those who have developed multiple organ failure and are in critical condition at the time of admission; 5. Suffering from mental illness or poor compliance, unable to cooperate with this study; 6. I and/or my family members do not agree to participate in this study.
