Experimental group:Microwave ablation of uterine fibroids under ultrasound guidance via abdominal approach

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Presence of one or more uterine fibroids diagnosed by ultrasound or MRI, with a diameter of 3–10 cm. (2) International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) classification of grade 3–6. (3) Presence of fibroid-related symptoms, such as menorrhagia, dysmenorrhea, secondary anemia, or compression symptoms. (4) No evidence of perimenopausal symptoms. (5) Availability of a safe transabdominal puncture route. (6) Willingness to undergo microwave ablation therapy for uterine fibroids.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of malignant lesions in the uterus or adnexa. (2) Current menstruation, pregnancy, or lactation. (3) Uncontrolled systemic or pelvic inflammation. (4) Severe organ dysfunction with inability to tolerate treatment. (5) Severe coagulation dysfunction.
