Interventions

Test group:On the basis of routine ICU nursing, the early rehabilitation program intervention of ICU patients with mechanical ventilation based on 4E mode was carried out.
control group:Patients in the control group were given routine rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine ICU nursing.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 18 years old ; 2. Patients with severe pneumonia admitted to the hospital during the study period met the criteria for severe pneumonia established by IDSA / ATS in the United States ; 3. mechanical ventilation time of orotracheal intubation >= 24 h ; 4. patients and their families informed consent of this study ; 5. Patients who can cooperate with treatment and nursing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There were contraindications for early rehabilitation climb deformity, unstable fracture, active internal hemorrhage, joint dislocation, extremely unstable circulation and respiration,etc.) ; 2. patients with a history of neuromuscular disease and cognitive dysfunction; 3. patients with craniocerebral diseases; 4. patients with malignant arrhythmia; 5. the medical research council (MRC) score was < 48 when the patient was admitted to the ICU.
