Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years with a reversible underlying etiology; 2.Conscious and alert, with intact reading or verbal communication abilities; 3.Both the patient and their family voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of immune system disorders or irreversible systemic organ dysfunction; 2. History of peripheral nervous system disorders (e.g., myasthenia gravis, Guillain-Barré syndrome); 3.Limb mobility impairments (e.g., fractures, joint pathologies); 4.Psychiatric conditions that preclude cooperation.
