control group:1.Postpartum period: On the basis of routine postpartum follow-up examinations, accurately measure the inter-recti distance (IRD), assess low back and abdominal pain (using the Visual An
intervention group:1.From enrollment to 4 - 6 weeks postpartum: After receiving offline instructional teaching and passing the assessment, participants will follow online exercise routines 1 times per
?2.From 4 - 6 weeks postpartum to 12 weeks postpartum: Continue to provide online guidance and consultation (via WeChat group), and require participants to engage in daily home-based exercises.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Puerpera diagnosed as rectus abdominalis dissociation in the postpartum; 2.Age: 20-45 years old; 3.BMI less than or equal to 29kg/m^2; 4.Have a smart phone (iPhone or Android), can use wechat and other applications without obstacles, can complete the information independently; 5.Voluntarily participate in this study with informed consent, willing to insist on participating in exercise and online and offline follow-up. 6.Do not do any other exercise during the whole process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women with exercise restriction 2.Any heart or respiratory disease 3.Chronic cough or sneezing 4.History of pelvic or abdominal surgery 5.Have a history of serious mental illness 6.Visual impairment, comprehension impairment.
