Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical nurses holding a valid nursing license in tertiary-grade traditional Chinese medicine hospitals; 2. With >=1 year of clinical nursing experience; 3. Who voluntarily agree to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those not directly involved in patient care (e.g., administrative or supply-room roles) and individuals who decline to participate.
