Ocular examination parameters (visual acuity, intraocular pressure, fundus color photography, OCT, OCTA).;General clinical parameters: gender, age, body mass index, education level, history of systemic and ocular diseases, etc.;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Cardiovascular disease-related physical examination (blood pressure, heart rate, pulse oximetry, etc., on the day of enrollment).;Blood tests: Complete blood count, liver and kidney function, electrolytes, blood lipids, cardiac enzymes, C-reactive protein, troponin, NT-ProBNP; glucose metabolism-related tests (glycated hemoglobin, glycated albumin, etc.);Cardiac-related tests: Echocardiography, bilateral carotid artery Doppler ultrasound, electrocardiogram; coronary angiography-related data: degree of coronary artery stenosis and severity of lesions scoring.;Cerebral examinations: Contrast-enhanced MRI of the head and neck; contrast-enhanced CT of the head and neck, carotid artery Doppler ultrasound, cerebral angiography, etc.;The follow-up content includes the patient's readmission status, occurrence of hypertension, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular adverse events, recurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular adverse events (such as chest tightness, angina, etc.), and occurrence of endpoint events (death, fatal or non-fatal myocardial infarction, fatal or non-fatal stroke, revascularization, hospitalization due to heart failure).
