Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Have indications for hypospadias surgery; (2) Indwelling catheterization should be performed after the operation as required by the condition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Other diseases with a significantly higher risk of urinary tract infection than the general population, such as vesicoureteral reflux, ureteropelvic junction obstruction, and abnormal bladder function, etc. (2) Children with severe malnutrition, serious cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune diseases and other underlying diseases, and whose physical fitness is significantly lower than that of the normal population.
