18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18-65 years old; 2.ASA classification levels 1-3; 3. Patients who plan to undergo elective 1-3 segment posterior lumbar fusion surgery under general anesthesia; 4.PONV high-risk patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to vitamin B6; 2.Long term use of antiemetic drugs or glucocorticoids; 3. Patients who have been taking vitamin B6 for more than three months before surgery; 4. Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 5. Other diseases that may cause nausea and vomiting (such as hepatitis or gastric ulcers); 6. Refuse to participate in the research.
