Experimental group(Neuromuscular electrical stimulation group):Neuromuscular electrical stimulation of infraspinatus twice a day, with each session lasting 30 minutes, from the first day postoperative

40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Full-thickness reparable rotator cuff tear of the supraspinatus muscle; 2.Age between 40-75 years old; 3.Planning to undergo arthroscopic rotator cuff repair surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of surgery or trauma on the affected shoulder joint; 2.Failure to obtain informed consent; 3.The surgery failed to achieve complete coverage of the footprint area; 4.Cannot perform neuromuscular electrical stimulation NMES appropriately; 5.Failed to obtain regular follow-up; 6.Neuromuscular diseases such as polymyositis or myotonic dystrophy; 7.Contraindications for NMES such as pacemaker wearers and epilepsy patients.
