Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for surgical treatment in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology of this hospital, requiring endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia; aged 18 years or older; with ASA physical status classification I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with incomplete or obviously erroneous medical records; patients who are unable to cooperate with airway assessment; those with severe abnormalities in the respiratory, cardiovascular, or nervous systems.
