18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age > 18 years; 2.Hospitalized due to AMI with or without ST-segment elevation (based on the fourth edition of the general definition of myocardial infarction);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Inability or refusal to provide informed consent; 2. Age >90 years; 3. Perioperative AMI, including AMI related to cardiac surgery; 1.Exclusion criteria for SMuRF-less group: 1) History of hypertension, and/or treatment with antihypertensive drug, and/or diagnosis of hypertension during AMI hospitalization; 2) Current smokers or former smokers who quit smoking within the previous 5 years; 3) History of diabetes mellitus type 1 or 2, and/or treatment with antidiabetic tablets or insulin, and/or diagnosis of diabetes mellitus based on HbA1c or oral glucose tolerance test during AMI hospitalization; 4) History of dyslipidemia, and/or treatment with statins or PCSK9 inhibitors, and/or LDL-C >3.5 mmol/L or total cholesterol >5.5 mmol/L during AMI hospitalization.
