18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 18-85 years old, , male and female; Lung tumour with indication for surgical resection (2) Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) score 0-1; (3) AJCC classification (8th edition): stage IIB or above (4) Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with autoimmune diseases; (2) Patients with interstitial lung disease; (3) Those who have received immunosuppressive therapy; (4) Patients with hepatitis, HIV and other active malignancies; (5) Patients with active bacterial or fungal infections; (6) Patients with systemic hormones; (7) Coagulation disorders Patients with poor blood sugar control; (8) Preoperative radiotherapy; (9) Other high risk factors.
