18 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as plaque psoriasis; 2. Permanent residents of Shanghai with no plans to relocate in the next three years; 3. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form and agree to follow up as per the plan; 4. At the time of signing the informed consent form, the age should be at least 18 years old, and there is no gender restriction. 5. Patients who plan to initiate systemic therapy, or who need to switch treatments.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects meeting any of the following criteria will be excluded from this study: 1. Women who were pregnant or lactating at the time of screening; 2. At the time of screening, the patient is currently suffering from an active infection (such as tuberculosis or hepatitis B).
