Gold Standard:Diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis (2024 Edition):
1. Recurrent knee pain within the past month
2. Age >50 years
3. Morning stiffness <=30 minutes
4. Crepitus (palpable or audible) on joint movement
5. Radiographs (standing or weight-bearing) showing joint-space narrowing, subchondral bone sclerosis or cystic changes, and/or osteophyte formation at joint margins.
Diagnosis is confirmed when crite
Index test:Cartilage injury grading: To satisfy clinical diagnostic needs, ensure grading consistency, and maintain deep-learning stability, all MRI scans were classified into three grades: grade 0 (n
grade 1 (mild defect, WORMS 2, 3, 4)
and grade 2 (severe defect, WORMS 2.5, 5, 6).

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than 50 years old, less than 80 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis formulated in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis (2024 Edition); 3. X-ray examination K-L grade is 0-III. grade; 4. Voluntarily undergo MRI examination of the knee joint and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to undergo MRI examination due to absolute contraindications; 2. History of severe knee trauma or surgery; 3. History of intra-articular knee injection in the past 3 months; 4. Knee arthritis caused by other causes (such as rheumatoid arthritis, traumatic arthritis, tuberculous arthritis, septic arthritis, gouty arthritis, etc.).
