Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients in the acute phase of herpes zoster, within 30 days of disease duration; 2.The patient is proposed to receive a combination of treatments including medications, injection therapy, radiofrequency and electrical stimulation therapy; 3.Over 50 years of age; 4.Consent to participate in this clinical study. Willing to provide blood specimens;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications to minimally invasive interventional therapy, such as infection, coagulation, etc., that preclude acceptance of HZ's conventional treatment regimens; 2.Presence of central nervous system disease; 3.Presence of severe immunosuppressive diseases such as leukemia, lymphoma, etc; 4.Patients on long-term glucocorticoid therapy or immunosuppressive therapy; 5.Received intrathecal drug injection within 3 months; 6.Pregnant women; 7.Unable to cooperate properly in completing questionnaires and follow-up visits;
