Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years; 2.Pathologically confirmed HER2-positive (IHC 3+ or FISH+) solid tumors; 3.Unresectable locally advanced, recurrent or metastatic solid tumors; 4.Patients with complete baseline data (having liver/kidney function tests, ECG, complete blood count, and urinalysis before first antitumor therapy, or clear historical records); 5.Complete follow-up data available (toxicity records or corresponding test results for each treatment cycle, including mandatory liver/kidney function and complete blood count).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pathologically confirmed breast cancer patients; 2.Patients with severe concurrent infections; 3.Legally incompetent persons, or cases where medical/ethical reasons would affect study continuation; 4.Concurrent participation in other clinical trials; 5.Other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by investigators.
