Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18~65 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for severe head trauma; the time from injury to admission does not exceed 24 hours; 3. Intracranial lesions confirmed by head CT examination; 4. The expected ICU stay time is not less than 72 hours; 5. The patient's family signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of head trauma or neurological disease; 2. Combined with malignant tumors or hematological diseases; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Previous history of mental illness or cognitive dysfunction; 5. Cardiac and respiratory arrest or expected survival time less than 72 hours before admission; 6. Participate in other clinical trials at the same time.
