18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old; 2. Registered in-service nurses in the hospital; 3. Informed consent to voluntarily participate in this study; 4. Have completed or are about to complete the annual health examination; 5. Working time in the hospital >=6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses who have resigned or have not renewed their contracts; 2. Nurses who have not obtained a nurse practice certificate; 3. Nurses in the internship or probationary period; 4. Those who have severe physical and mental dysfunction and are unable to complete the survey.
