Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with squamous cell carcinoma originating from the oral and maxillofacial head and neck after diagnosis and treatment in our hospital; 2. Diagnosis age greater than 18 years old; 3. Have complete pathological H&E sections and embedded wax blocks; 4. Tumor pathological diagnosis according to the WHO Histology Code: 8070-8076 and 8078; The tumor onset site conforms to ICD-O-3 anatomical codes (Topography Codes): oral cavity and oropharynx; 5. Have complete molecular diagnostic results such as IHC-P16, HPV16/18 RNA CISH, IHC-PD-L1, etc.; 6. Receiving one or more methods of surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy or targeted therapy in our hospital; 7. Have complete and statistical clinical hospitalization records or diagnosis and treatment data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of other malignant tumors or concurrent malignant tumors; 2.Cases where typical epithelial areas and tumor areas cannot be marked; 3.Pathological slide images are unclear or the slides are damaged;
