Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. CES-D scale score between 16 and 39 points; 2. Age 10-26 years old; 3. Good cognitive function and able to cooperate with the completion of tests and group auxiliary activities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. IQ less than 70; 2. Subjects who are currently or have been diagnosed with any psychiatric, metabolic, or neurological disease
