Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with hemorrhagic shock caused by trauma or upper gastrointestinal bleeding who meet the indications for urgent blood transfusion (Hb<7g/dL or active bleeding); (2) age between 10 and 90 years old; (3) The period from onset to hospitalization is less than 24 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) severe underlying diseases (end-stage organ failure, malignant tumor); (2) patients with previous coagulopathy or severe transfusion reaction; (3) refusal to participate in the study or inability to follow up.
