60 Years to 89 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the MCI screening criteria; 2. Aged 60 years or older; 3. No self-reported visual or hearing impairment, and able to communicate normally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors, musculoskeletal injuries, or other severe diseases that prohibit exercise; 2. Suffering from mental disorders; 3. Having a history of alcohol dependence or other addictions within 10 years; 4. Regularly engaging in exercise (reaching 3 times a week, 30 minutes each time); 5. Currently participating in other health intervention-related studies.
