Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent artificial femur replacement or artificial total hip joint replacement in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2025; 2. Elderly patients over 60 years old; 3. ASA1-3 level;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with preoperative cognitive dysfunction, MMSE score < 20 points; 2. Diagnosis of dementia according to the Mental Disorder Diagnosis and Statistical Manual V (DSM-5); 3. History of structural brain lesions that may lead to cognitive disorders such as craniocerebral trauma, stroke, intracranial space-occupying lesions, congenital low intelligence; 4. Patients with psychotropic drug abuse; 5. Patients with incomplete information; 6. Inability to cooperate with neuropsychology and scoring tests for any reason (severe visual, auditory or language communication disorder);
