18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy Control Group: (1). Normal findings on psychiatric evaluation; (2). Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA) score = 15; (4).Right-handedness; (5). Provision of written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Healthy Control Group: (1). Presence of serious medical (somatic) illness; (2). Intellectual disability or mental retardation (IQ < 90); (3). Pregnancy; (4). Personal or first-degree family history of psychiatric disorders; (5). History of psychoactive substance abuse. 2.GAD Patient Group: (1). Comorbid serious medical conditions, infectious diseases, or immunological disorders; (2). Comorbid severe neurological disease, intellectual disability, or organic brain pathology; (3). Pregnancy or current breastfeeding; (4). Receipt of electroconvulsive therapy within the past three months; (5). History of epileptic seizures; (6). Presence of any metal implants.
