Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meets the diagnostic criteria for periarthritis of shoulder in the 5th edition of Rehabilitation Medicine; aged 18-70 years; disease duration >= 1 month; routine shoulder joint X-ray examination basically normal; voluntarily participate and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Within the past month, have undergone shoulder surgery or injection therapy; combined with other severe shoulder diseases such as rotator cuff tears; pregnant women or nursing mothers; combined with fractures, tuberculosis and other diseases; combined with severe organ dysfunction, diabetes, etc.; allergic to exosomes rich in heat shock protein peptides or related drugs; suffering from autoimmune diseases or metabolic diseases; presence of mental disorders or cognitive function disorders.
