Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the first diagnostic criteria in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Sudden Hearing Loss" of 2015; (2) The age of the subjects is >=18 years old, and there is no gender restriction. (3) Clear consciousness, able to correctly understand and cooperate with training; (4) Be informed of the illness and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffer from mental illness; (2) Concurrent with other serious diseases; (3) Lack of consciousness and inability to communicate normally.
