35 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female aged 35–50 years; 2. Stable local residency with no anticipated long-term absences (=1 month) from the local area within the next year; 3. Willing and able to comply with all trial procedures, including questionnaires, blood sampling, and other required examinations. Meeting each of the above inclusion criteria constitutes eligibility for inclusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of severe or unstable concurrent medical conditions; 2. Acute allergic reaction to Edible Bird's Nest; 3. Consumption of Edible Bird's Nest or dietary supplements containing its primary active components within the past 3 months; 4. Diagnosis of coagulation disorders, severe anemia, or other contraindications to blood sampling; 5. Currently pregnant or lactating. Meeting any of the above exclusion criteria renders the individual ineligible for inclusion.
